Frank7814
Hi, i bought a Hog 400 DNA 250C July, 28th . Since Friday i can´t use the device anymore. It allways schos me 12,4 -12.5 Volts. Batteries are fully charged, also with other Battery Packs. I made a factory reset but the result is the same. Any iea, what the prolem is? Or the board has a defect? Manurfactured in April this year Edited December 22, 2021 by Frank7814

retird
Saw this Repair kit. Could that be the issue??? Not often we see a mod repair kit.... https://vaperzcloud.com/product/repair-rebuild-kit-for-hammer-of-god-v4/ Saw this also... clik on this... Also you could start a ticket with Evolv. Board has warranty from Evolv. Device does not nor do they have device parts.. What is the warranty from where you purchased this....? https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1 Also watch this....

Frank7814
I know, that Vaperz Cloud od´ffers spareparts, but i have a (wrong) battery indication 1. I have warranty of 1 year, the device i ordered July, 28th- 2. I can send it back to my online-shop. But it takes round about 2 weeks I don´t think, that it is a connector problem. Unfortunately, it´s the firt regulated mod since 3-4 years. All other Mods are full mechanical Mods Hog 3, Hog 3XL, HOG 4, Purge, etc.
retird
Great that the device maker has 1 yr. warranty. Start there. I see on the internet that the 4 posts on the battery door are soldered to the cross member metal and excessive heat can cause disconnect of 1 or more of the posts from the metal cross member. You might look there and check continuity between posts...
Frank7814
Yes, that is normal in Germany. I´ll get another one. I cleaned the battery connectors with alcohol but it does not have any effect. With the HOG 4 (fully mechanical) i have that problem with the fire button every view month, because there is no MOSFET between batteries and fire botton as you can see in the diagram. But i don´t wand to open the battery door because of the warranty. Thank you for help!!! 😉 Edited December 23, 2021 by Frank7814
