A 4S Lipo battery will work with the 250C

Yes, you can charge internally as the board supports  balanced charging

So if I want to work with 200 I need a 3s battery as I understand it.  And it also supports auto-loading.

200 or 250 NOT COLOR, yes 3S and they both have balance charging. There are also the datasheets for both of those.

And what about charging the battery through the mod?  Need to do something special to add parts?  Or is what the chip is enough?

Regarding the chip of other companies how can I know what is suitable for each chip?
