help odin 250c

hi, hopefully someone can help me out?

 

I have an Odin dna250c worked fine but now only comes on when connected to a laptop, then shows clock error on top and bottom of the screen and the battery is showing 4% even after changing the cells over.

 

its only 2 days old ;(

What are the individual (battery) cell voltages right now?
Unplug mod, swap battery positions.
Now, after swapping positions, what are the individual cell voltages?

If you can't find the info using the theme start escribe -> Device Monitor. It's on the left hand side near the top

hi Wayneo, if I'm reading it right it is showing cell 1 as 0.000 and cell 2 the same
