21700 Battery

I noticed there's no drop down option for 250watt 2 cell battery configuration on the opening escribe screen, and also when i connect my Odin 250c which has 21700 batteries, on the escribe software it shows up as dual 18650's.  Am i doing something wrong or is this a known problem?

It's by design. Just use the 18650 option.   Also a 2 cell device defaults to 200 watts by design.  These are not problems.

Thanks for the answer, and the PDF, I'm planning on building a DNA based ohm reader and that wiring diagram will be a big help 👍👍
