DNA 250C not keeping time when I change batteries?

I am using tc on a 250c and a 75c both using the exact same theme but on the 75c it is tracking/showing the temp of each hit while the 250c is not, any ideas?  The first image is 250c and the second is 75c where it shows the temp in the bottom right.

same here, when I change batteries  time is reset

Rapidly change the batteries and it should keep time.  You can connect to EScribe Device Monitor and the time becomes correct again also.
