DNA250c Not Showing Temp in Puff Info

I have two Lost Vape Paranormal DNA250c devices. One of them will show the temperature (red line) in "Puff Info" while using SS316 mode. The other one will not. It is selected in both devices (click on the chart in puff info and make sure Temperature is clicked). I have tried the same atomizer on both devices. I am using SS316L coils in my atomizer. For both devices, I am using the pre-configured modes, and have not used escribe with either.

Has anyone experienced this before? If so, do you know how to get temperature to display?

I suggest that you compare the setting between the two with EScribe.

I think I figured out the problem. I think it has to do with having an incorrect resistance locked in for the coil and therefore the temperature reading too low to register on the chart. General user error...thanks for the suggestions.
