Problem with E-Scribe and VT Inbox V3

Hi all, and glad to be here! 

I recently acquired an HCigar VT Inbox V3 and downloaded the current E-Scribe (International) version. 

Though Windows 10 can find the device via USB (as "Evolv DNA 75") it doesn't install any drivers for it, and E-Scribe cannot communicate with it ("no compatible devices found").

Is there something stupid I'm doing?

I'm not a Windows guy, but usual things to try are a reboot and plugged in directly. Try running as administrator, different USB ports as well as different cables
