New orion dna

Hi all,

i am expecting to receive a new orion dna kit tomorrow .i need your help i am planning to use free base nicotine 12 mg 50 pg and 50 vg as MTL so please advise which coil do i use and which settings ?and do i have to  set it manually thru the escribe as i am not good in tech.and what is this replay  button i really dont understand it i kept reading and till now i dont understand.
