Device Monitor Bricked Orion

Unplugged my Orion (less than 24h old) while it was still actively monitoring. Now no button press on either button does anything and Escribe doesn't detect the mod. Wonderful.

 

There's a flaw here, either hardware or software based.

Also did you try clicking the fire button 5 times in case it is locked?
