DNA Go Bricked?!

I recently got this device so as to do a video review for my channel.  I plugged it into my mac to try and use the escribe software. It stopped working when I did that, and escribe would not recognize any device plugged in. It is now bricked. No lights, nothing. I would like to get a review of this device done as soon as possible -  please can somebody point me in the direction of getting this fixed.  Upsetting as I was excited about reviewing this cool little vape - hopefully something can be done?
