Best Settings for newbie

Hi, I am Brian from Philippines and I just got my DNA 250 and I am super lost. Actually, this is my second mod but first time to use DNA250. I just want to seek help from you experts on what is the best setting to enhance the taste? Here in Philippines, the easiest coil to find is Kanthal. My current settings is:

Material: WATTS (Kanthal)

Watts: 60-80

Unlocked Ohms

No temp control

Boost: Set to 1

Sorry I really have no IDEA, I just want to maximize my MOD or DNA250.
