DNA 75 POWER LOCKED

Hi all

I am a new DNA 75 user but unfortunately I encountered the power locked error when the mod is in my pocket. I have try to follow the instructions in the web but still unable to remove the power locked message and it stuck at 8.5W. any idea on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance

hold down the 2 small buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

Thanks wayneo..tried that but still unable to use the mod. That what appear on the display. Totally have no idea since this is the first week I'm using this.mod

When you held them down together, did you see a message on the screen, and if so what? If it was Power locked, keep holding for 5 seconds. OR, build a 2 ohm coil for now.  🤙🏼
