DNA75C Dry Cotton Test Fail

Hi guys, I have a serious problem with my dna75c. All the explanations are in this video done by me. I hope that you will help me to solve it, thank you very much.

It looks like it will only regulate down to 1 W (0.97 W the green line on the video) and because there is no liquid or airflow that 1 W is taking it over temp, it would probably pass the cotton test with larger coils or airflow.  This should not effect how it vapes.

Edit. Btw I Aldo tried with a 24 mm atty, 3 mm coil diameter ad 6 wraps of nife48 32ga, same problem but less pronounced
