sjmiller Posted February 1, 2018 Report Posted February 1, 2018 I purchase a Therion DNA 75 and downloaded the EScribe software. When I first plugged in my device ti my windows 10 laptop it installed ECigStats. Neither will connect to my device. Is there something I need to do to the device to connect it? Thanks!

retird Posted February 1, 2018 Report Posted February 1, 2018 Make sure that your usb cable is a data cable and not just a charging cable and you could try several data cables.... 1
