I have two Tuglyfe DNA250 devices, last week one's screen stopped working and had to order a new one from evolve, hopefully it will arrive soon. My other mod, well, this saddens me to say, i plugged it in my pc's usb port like I always do, then I noticed that it's not charging. Opened escribe software and saw that it's not picking up any of the three cells, then it displayed "Warrenty Service" Is there any way to fix this issue?
