It's quite annoying. Hope someone frim evolve can help us out....

I have recently added a 1300mah battery to my Tuglyfe DNA250 device. I have run the Watt-Hour Calculator and I entered my battery setting (1300mah). My device charges to 2% then drops down to 0%. After I received my mod with it's brand new battery installed, I plugged it in and charged to 100%. I then vaped for a bit, after a short while it said "check battery" and dropped down to 0%. Am I doing something wrong??? Please help!

I have tried 3 different cables knowing that they all work properly, so it's definitely not my usb cables

Hi Guys Really hope someone here can help me. I have two Tuglyfe DNA250 devices, last week one's screen stopped working and had to order a new one from evolve, hopefully it will arrive soon. My other mod, well, this saddens me to say, i plugged it in my pc's usb port like I always do, then I noticed that it's not charging. Opened escribe software and saw that it's not picking up any of the three cells, then it displayed "Warrenty Service" Is there any way to fix this issue? Tia
