Triade dna 250 problem

i was using my mod when it suddenly turned off, the screen turned black and the mod wont start also the mod wont charge as you can see, when i connect the mod to escribe it reads my mod but the screen is still black i also noticed one of the batteries is reading 2.19 V so i tried to switch my batteries with one another and still cell 1 reads 2.19 V also used another three batteries and it still reads the same can someone help please??

Send a message to the evolv helpdesk. It will probably need a board replacement. The guys are super quick
