Therion 166 resistance issues

Hey there not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but here goes. My device recently started having this issue with its resistance. When it is cold and I take a few puffs it quickly hits temp protection. I then unscrew the atomizer and it asked if it’s a new coil with the higher resistance it will then operate correctly. It’s almost as if the device is not reading live resistance. Is there a fix for this? I have yet to use escribe or update it’s firmware if that’s even a thing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It is a thing. Found in 1 of the 2 pinned posts right here in this area in the 1st post. I can't go hunting for a link mid reply.

My suggestions are;

Watch a video or two by djlsb vapes

Make sure your wire (material) matches the profile you're in

.... Not enough detail really, where the correct answer could just be check all the connections of your build are tight.
