Boxer DNA 200 Firing but screen isn't working

I have a BOXER mod with a DNA 200 chip installed. When I hook it up to escribe, I'm able to see that it is firing and I can change the wattage but the screen is not working. I checked the debug in the device monitor and there are 0 screen disconnects. I have done a soft and hard reset but I don't know if they actually processed as I can't see the device power up or down. I've tried to turn it on and off of stealth mode but I don't think that is the problem either. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

In Device Monitor  does it say Stealth as the current Mode?.  Mode is in the lower left corner of the Device Monitor screen.

Nope. Current mode is “Normal” or “Charging.”

Could the ribbon have been damaged by the fire button pressing on it or could the display be damages due to the device being hit or dropped.  You have 0 screen disconnects.....

I was wondering if it could just be the display. I know it hasn’t been dropped or anything along those lines. It’d be easy enough to order a new screen vs a whole new chip.

It is possible that it could be just the display since it still vapes and you can change settings and etc from Escribe.
