TRIADE DNA250 WINDOWS 10

HI GUYS,

 

MY triade dna 250 cant seem to connect to my windows 10... cable plugged n unplugged with a 2 cables , still the same... even reset my triade with battery removed... still the same... tried on escibe version n new as well... 

 

weird things is the cable both can charge the triade battery... but cannot connect to escribe software... 

 

pls help...... thanks

There are cables that charge only. Will it connect on another computer?

Tried 3 types of different cables ... still cannot connect to my acer predator win10 laptop... have not tried other computer yet...

Do you have a phone that uses the same type cable? Will it connect to your computer using one of the cables that you tried ?

How old is your device? I had this problem once, if i wiggled the cable just right it would connect. Could be a bad usb port on the device. Also have had issues if i had another screen from escibe open and it was already reading the device not allowing it to read again in another page

I hope you figured it out by now... I was getting the same message. Then i switched to the usb cable that came with another mod and it worked... I too am running windows 10.

YA MAN... I FOUND ANOTHER CABLE IN MY OFFICE AND TRIED.... AND IT WORKS... MEANING THE PREVIOUS THREE CABLES ARE CHARGING CABLES AND NOT ABLE TO DETECT...

 

SO MAKE SURE ITS THE RIGHT ONES...
