Ohm resistance error

I have a problem with my device. I'm using khantal a1 24awg 7wraps 3mm diameter. It should be 0.319 ohm but on my device is 0.45. Anybody please help me how to fix it..

What makes you think this?

Don't know if I'd even suggest you check your build, cuz steam-engine closely agrees with your mod also
