Warranty service+shorted

Hello,

I ve got a problem with my VTBox250,couple of days ago just died(black screen,no charging,wasn t working with E scribe.

Today just turn on by itself...the problem is that is not charging,if i left it unplugged ffrom usb just show a Warranty service message,if i plug it with usb without any tank it shows me normal things but without charging,if i plug it with tank shiw the message shorted...

I ve checked everything on escribe,i ve do the usb recovery 10 times,i ve updated the software and i ve try hard/soft reboot but seems just dead...

then i v e notice that the battery is dead...do you think that i should replace just the lipo or doing something different?

hum, if you measured the battery and it shows dead then it should be replaced since recovery charge wasn't able to bring it back...  a fresh, charged battery would be a good place to start to see if all is well just by getting a new battery.
