Everest
I am interested in removing the 20 second per-puff activation limit. Is there a way to put the device in continuous operation mode?
James
Send a serial command. F=60S will do a 1-minute puff, for example. On monochrome DNAs, F=#S (# being the number of seconds) sets a countdown timer. So, while it is firing, you can keep sending F=60S to extend the puff. F=0S stops the puff immediately. Everest
Which firmware are you using? My DNA200 ignores serial commands for puffs in excess of 20 seconds.
James
Hmm. I know DNA Color allows puffs over 20 seconds. I'd thought monochrome DNAs allowed it too. That said, you can extend a puff by reissuing the fire command. F=15S, sent more often than every 15 seconds, will fire continuously for instance. VapingDad
In the escribe software I think in device monitor you can override all puff limits but only for testing purposes (while connected to computer I do that on mine but I select 1-3 sec testing limits to not burnout cotton if your dry firing on the other hand it works as long as you want just try not to add too many 0's as you don't want to inhale for an hour or something lol This is in the GUI version that I use of escribe
