styks Posted July 7, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2015 Hi all, I'm new to the forum,Just ordered my Evolv DNA 200 , a 1300mah LiPo and some XT30 connectors.I'm hoping to be able to build this in a wooden box as I've already done with a SX350J board. I made sure the board is well vented as wood is a decent heat insulator.Just wondering if there might be any issues with this board regarding NOT grounding to the case? Shielding etc. ...... John Posted July 7, 2015 Report Share Posted July 7, 2015 You will be fine. We have run these in plenty of nonmetallic enclosures, as well as without any enclosure at all.
