Awesometimes5
So earlier today, im enjoying a vape. after an exhale I notice my rda is still cooking. I press the fire button thinking it may have jammed, still as clicky as ever. The cotton totally burnt and the wrecked the coil as well and the screen display shows nothing (blank). I grab a rag and unscrew the rda to disconnect it. Once it's cooled I screw the rda back in what's left of the coil starts glowing again. So I decide to open it up and investigate and smell that nice electronic burnt smell and see this burnt spot on the chip. The specs before disaster Coil 1.3 ohm 60 watts Max amps 3s 2000mah Any ideas on what happened? Or what I should do? Never had any issues before today with this dna200. Mad Scientist
Once the magic smoke is released, it's a goner. Maybe open a ticket with evolv so they can try to determine how it may have failed.
bnitch
Same spot one burned on me. They will RMA. Just wish they would say what caused it.
