adjusting wattage control

What I'm looking for is how the wattage is adjusted. I thought I saw on one of Phil Busardo's videos that it can be changed, like from 0.1 increments to 0.5. Am I thinking wrong?

Its under the "theme" tab - at the bottom under the heading "look and feel".

I don't think it was there in the version of escribe I installed first - I had to manually update to 1.0.35.2 which you can find here:
