blueaussie Posted December 22, 2015 Author Report Posted December 22, 2015 In order to access Escibe to update, any app I can download that anybody know of? Thanks, Fergie
watcher64 Posted December 22, 2015 Report Posted December 22, 2015 No .. Escribe is currently Windows ONLY.
RoofMonkey911 Posted December 22, 2015 Report Posted December 22, 2015 Then there would be the issue of attaching the iPad to a micro USB port and transferring the data between the 2 devices.
Icyx Posted January 6, 2016 Report Posted January 6, 2016 The ability to plug my dna200 into an iPhone to configure settings would be the sweetest thing ever. Not sure how it would all work out w the csv files and everything else but it sure would be cool.
Spector NS5 RD Posted January 6, 2016 Report Posted January 6, 2016 john from evolv did say that if bluetooth modules continue to get smaller it could be a possibility in the future.
digatel Posted January 6, 2016 Report Posted January 6, 2016 Unfortunately, there is no option to use Escribe with any type of Mac OS or IOS, and I don't see it happening in the near future. However, I could be wrong...it wouldn't be the first time. The best advice is to purchase a cheap used Windows laptop or tablet, if you do not already have a windows computer. If it's the mobile aspect you are searching for, you can also choose to use a Windows tablet, such as the Winbook TW700, which is what I chose to do. I originally bought a laptop, but returned it and went with the tablet. I'm so glad I did too, because I can take Escribe with me wherever I go! Here is my set up:
kevmac Posted January 18, 2016 Report Posted January 18, 2016 I own a Microsoft tablet w/ windows and have been unable to download Escribe to it.I have been told it isn't possible.Any ideas would be great.

Spector NS5 RD Posted January 18, 2016 Report Posted January 18, 2016 same here, using a windows tablet. not as great as a laptop or desk top but géts the job done.
gunnyman Posted January 18, 2016 Report Posted January 18, 2016 If you're running a Windows RT Tablet, it won't work.It must be X86 flavor of Windows.
