Lavabox will not connect

i picked up a lavabox and downloaded escribe. I can not get my lavabox to connect escribe. I dont know if i am doing something wrong but my cable will charge my lavabox but will not connect. Any help would be great.

1st thing is to try other cables, there are a lot of charge only Micro USB cables about these days.

I hasd the same problem a couple of weeks ago when I got mine. Go jl to the toolbarfi d the the buttonththas the option "connect" for some reason this made it connect initially while "co next and download settings didn't" Hope this helps.
