I just notice today that my DNA200 can't connect to Escribe any more, but I still can see the battery is charging, only thing is when I trying to connect to Escribe, It show's Nothing connect....
"No compatible USB device are connect"
I was updated before using Escribe, so I'm sure the device is no problem before,
anyone have same problem with me?
how you guys solve the problem?

Have you tried another device that uses data on that same USB port? Tried another USB port or even another computer?
Has the computer been rebooted since noticing this problem?
Have you tried a different usb cable?
