This battery is great. If you set the mAh to 11.45 it's a perfect reading. I just can't figure out how to use the Aspire Cleito Subohm tank with a .2ohm Clapton coil (Kanthal). I want wattage only, not TC. Help me vape a regular coil please?

You don't need to do anything other than set the watts it will sense it is not a temp limiting coil, if you want you can turn off temp limiting in a profile or by setting the temp past 600 F, but you don't need to.
