please help me wiring a 2s lipo

can smeone please tell me the correct way to wire up the balance blug for a 2s lipo. 

I found a bunch of ways not to do it, if anyone knows the right way i would love to know.

Thanks bro! This is why I did and it's working, showing voltage for each cell, that's what I want,I feel like I jumped an extra set of wires?

I think that the short black and short red wire could have been omitted but I'm just guessing.
I believe that + an - on the balance taps are connected internally on the board to battery +and -.

i tried it without them and it didint work at all but I put them both on at the same time and it works correctcly so I dont knkow if they are both needed or just one side is, but whatever it works now.. protptype 200 squonker is on deck!

Edit: So I studied the diagram some more and can't see how it wouldn't work......but I believe you.

I appreciate the help bud. Tag before I added those jumpers it only turned the screen on when I held the fire button down but it wouldn't do anything but say dna200
