Lavabox DNA200 auto firing after update

Hi So I updated my Lavabox DNA200 last night and now when I press the fire button it just continously fires. I already burned my hand and am afraid of firing it. How can I fix this? I already tried pulling the battery and doing a factory reset without success. Please help

1st thing to check is if it is a jammed/shorted fire button, if you connect to EScribe and open Device Monitor it will show which buttons are pressed at the bottom.
