I can not get escribe to install on any of my two windows 7 computers

escribe install stalls out when it says i need microsoft .net 4 to be installed, and while creating a client profile it stalls.

Same thing on both computers.

Is it compatible with windows 7?

Also I dropped my VT75 and it dented my positive post on my battery and bent the c frame outward, landed drip tip first.
