Doesn't switch on without connection to pc

Hello, I liked dna200 so much but it stopped working properly.

 

The problem is it can be switched on only when i connect it to usb, after it i can disconnect it and it will work till i stop using it for 5-10 minutes, than i need to connect it t[o usb again and same thing happens... 

I already checked fuse and it seems ok.

Btw when i opened my device it has multiple problems with wire being open...

I also attached photos.

Well you allready know its broke and it definatly looks like somthings sat across the balance wires and melted them, i would try emailing evolv and see if you can get it replaced. ""Nothing ventured nothing gained."".
