Lavabox failed for second time

My Lavabox first failed 2 weeks after initial purchase and Volcano took care of it under warranty, now my Lavabox is out of warranty and has failed again.  I think I may be done with it unless there are other options for repairs?

I want to thank Evolv for repairing my Lavabox, they had my unit repaired and shipped back to me in less than a week.
