Newbie Suggestions for Escribe

Couple of Escribe Suggestions

1. First time you plug in a new device, it should ask you if you want to save the settings as a default.

2. Should Prompt you with "Are You Sure" when you click "Upload Settings to Device" for new users with an option to disable the prompt for experienced users.

3. Mouse over help is missing for the LED section

I think #1 particularly is a very good idea.
