Therion DNA75 not charging via USB?

Hey folks,

So, I have a Lost Vape Therion that has somehow stopped charging via USB over the past few days. The device connects to escribe fine and the batteries inside are paired and discharging evenly (Samsung 25R's, tried 2 paired sets, same issue).

I've tried a soft/hard reset, cleaned all mod/battery contacts and usb port with 70% ISO and tried various cables. Occasionally the status light will turn green even though the device is nowhere near fully charged.

Does anyone have any solutions before I contact Lost Vape?

Hi. I read about The Therion at GearBest, and under Q's and A's the seller claimed that it was not possible to charge The Therion via USB. "Please use a external charger" it's something among others she wrote.

will the mod stay powered on with no batteries and just the usb inserted? it should.

Have you checked to make sure that USB charging is enabled?
Under Device Monitor click on Diagnostics, and Turn on USB Charging. It may be shut off for whatever reason on yours. The Therion does in fact charge Via USB. Mine is actually plugged into my Work PC Charging as I type this.
