Bit new to this, just waiting for a triade DNA 250. Will this profile work for 3 batteries?

the CSV is most likely for a single 18650 cell (DNA 75), but it should work even with the DNA 250. you would have to input a 2.90v "cell soft cutoff" value and also the "capacity" watt hour value - 27 should get you close.
