Triade 250 - randomly flashing ohms too high?

As the title suggest, my relatively new Triade randomly flashes ohms too high for a split second. So far it has fortunately only happened with my RDAs, usually after firing. What gives?
EDIT: Okay, now I feel dumb, could it possibly be because the mod can not supply the selected wattage (e.g. 250W at 0.5 ohms)?

Yeah 0.33 ohm max for 250 W.
