Escribe device monitor temp protect

Just got a Therion 166 my first dna device so this may be a daft question.
On device monitor when I take a pull it is adding to temp protected count on the graph even though its not getting up to the temp I have set my Therion to (240oc) and my Therion is not saying temp protected. So my question is should the counter always go up every time I take a pull when in temperature controlled profile or shouldn't it

all my dna devices display the same behavior. counter goes up even if set temp is not reached. never really paid much attention to it.

Thanks for replying , I am thinking its just saying its in temp mode just wanted to clarify it.

that would be my guess as well.
