therion dna 250 ( black 166 ) check battery problem

hi all this is my 1st post here but what a great forum 

basically i have my freinds black edition therion 166 here and it says check battery after a little knock while it was usb charging , i finder 167 did the same but i re installed the firmware from here and its been perfect ever since (thankyou ) ,  now this doesnt want to work , just says "check battery " ,  these are my own checked and fully charged batteries and i know they work 100% and are fine in the finder 167

Have you checked the battery contacts? Make sure that both of the - buttons have good pressure against the battery...

What are your battery levels reading in Device Monitor?

Edit: Also, verify that the battery settings in the Mod tab are still set for 2 batteries...

cell 1 0.05
cell 2 4.93 to 4.94 

cell 1 is the same on on 3 sets of batteries :/

I would try a soft reboot, and if that doesn't work, try a hard reboot...
Save your .ecig file first...

i have also put my finder 167 software on and its still the same , so i redid the therion 166 firmware

tried both them reboots too and nothing has changed with it

Hmmm....sounds like the 'knock' has knocked loose a battery connection internally, either at the battery sled or at the board. If the device is still in warranty, I would try contacting Lost Vape...http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/....

The bad: When ever one of the cells is reading higher than 4.2 volts it's time for a new board. You will have to decide how /who will take care of it. For sure Evolv will send you a new board through the ticket system, they may let you send the entire mod (don't know) but try Lost Vape 1st.

I'm getting the same issue. It started between puffs, I don't recall knocking the mod at all.

It happened to me the same after resetting it in escribe. There's a solution?

in the lower left, in device monitor says ... normal mode, in another mod says mode charging. as can be changed.?
