someone have discharge profile for vtc5 on triade?

i cant charge with this profile, 
1 the battery does not fully charge, and the device itself shows a 60% charge

Please post a screen of Device Monitor showing cell voltages.

That profile was generated with the battery analyzer in Escribe on the Triade...can you post a screenshot of Device Monitor

Are you able to charge the cells in a stand alone charger? Balancing takes almost forever with that much difference when done on the mod.
Were the batteries ever at the same voltage to start with when first installed.
Have you tried other batteries?
