rawall Posted April 22, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 22, 2017 Hi All, Recently My VT75 has been a little buggy. It started out with random "shorted" errors, then "weak battery", now it only powers on IF it's plugged in. If I hit the "fire" button, the whole thing powers off and reboots. It won't charge a battery at all. So far I've dismantled and cleaned all connectors, verified solders are still good, updated firmware, and did a factory reset with the hcigar.ecig file. rawall Posted April 23, 2017 Author Report Share Posted April 23, 2017 So, I discovered if I leave the battery cap off, plug the charger in, and then put the battery cap on it registers the battery and has been charging it. It will operate without the charger now. I don't have the tank deck currently, so I won't be able to know if the tank will work until Monday. But it seems to be working... ish.
