Was this problem ever resolved? I'm having the same problem but for me, it kinda seemed like an overcharging problem my board must have been getting too hot while charging at night and my screen over the days was glitching out slowly at a time until my screen was entirely white. I'm thinking of getting a new screen but idk if that will even fix it, it might just be a board problem.
