looks like they can no longer afford to make good on this design flaw. heck i wasn't even asking me for free, im more than willing to pay for the part. evolv help desk said im out of luck no parts available, told me to try Paranormal, which is the equivalent of asking me to pray before going to sleep that it will be fixed in the morning.

The battery door broke off my Paranormal DNA 250C yesterday. I was hopeful to see others getting parts support here. When I contacted Evolv through the above link as others have, they basically told me I'm out of luck, no parts available. Try the reseller or something. Yeah ok... Just venting
