    This was a gift from my brother and I've told him to dispute payment to the vendor until the problem's resolved.  The postings herein are helpful in trusting optimistic expectations.  Thanks!

     

    Since its a board issue Evolv is responsible.. But evolv is in u.s & only took 1 week to send & receive!! Hope all goes well for ya!

    Mine died within 1 month. But evolv is very fast!! I think they responded like 36hrs later... But dont worry they'll fix ur Device....

    Sorry to hear that! Im sure someone can answer for u.. Im very new to Evolv & Orion my 1st Evolv device.. Good luck..

    Yea around 30,000 units need fixed. Theyre not Broke!! Mine is on its way back from Evolv now.. Only took lil over 1 week total to send it & receive it back.. Im in PA so its fast for me since Evolv in Ohio.

    Here is how I experienced my purchase of the item.  It did not come with pods, they must be purchased separately.   I bought 3 2packs of pods.   One 2pack both were doa.  The other two 2packs were fine.

    I hook it to escribe and it did not connect, turned out the cable that came with it was not a data cable in a device that is valued for its escribe program use with it.

    When I change data cable to another one, escribe opens but does not detect the device, nor inform me of an update that would do so.

    I then have to do a search of the forums to find the new version to use.

    Then it all comes together.

     

    Okay, I understand doo doo happens, glitches, etc.  but if I were not experienced and not persistant as maybe a new vapor trying an elite pod system might be, it would be disappointing.

    I agree 100%.. Very confusing
