I have no idea man.. my triade still doesn't record puffs right after everything I've tried. I'm thinking my chip is bad...

I have a theme with my puff count on the main screen and every time I take the batteries out to charge them the puff count resets back to 250. I will use it all day and get it to 350 puffs and it resets back to 250 after batteries are removed. The puff chart remembers my puff counts though. The chart that shows you the watts and power drain I mean. I don't understand.
