Got it off. It's just that first removal. Coming off much better now that it's broken in. Great mod otherwise. Best decision I've made on a pod device. I had tried a Tesla tpod, and an exceed edge. Both coils where horrible.

Ok...I'll have to try again. It's on so tight my grip keeps sliping when I try to get it off. Actually accidentally pulled my drip tip off. Must be some of the pods are tigher than others. .25 worked fine. .5 is jammed on.

Hi - I have a pod that's so snug it won't release. How did you address this? I see 2 screws one above and one below the release latch on the side. That latch doesn't seem to be engaging the release of the pod. So it's stuck on at this point. The other pods I had on relased just fine.
