DNA 166 show always "Check Battery", dont charge and dont work

Hi Guys, I have the same problem with my DNA 250, in spite of changing several married fully charged batteries. The same message “Check Battery” and Escribe Device Monitor shows Cell 1 as 0.01 V Is there any reply to fix the issue? Best regards Khaled Wagdy
