    Hey man, I didn’t want to start a new thread for such a simple questions.... I feel like a complete noob asking these silly questions but I’m trying to triple check everything before starting to assemble... want everything to go off without a hitch for my first go at it! I’m still working out the exact length I’ll need (putting the final parts of the design together today) but just ballparking for now, these screws are OK for the board yeah?     yeah i checked the pdf! it actually mentioned PVC wire for one of the battery.. thats why i got a little hesitant and felt I should ask the pros over here! my board comes tom. and im almost done designing my mod... once i get it printed, sanded, coated and then finally wired, Ill post some pics to show you guys.... hopefully i dont run into any more snags before then Thanks so much for replying, Its greatly appreciated friend!

    building my first dna.. usually only dealt with mechs... I already have some 14awg and 24awg silicone wire.. wondering if the silicone is alright for the battery connection since it mentions PVC. Like i said, i dont have much experience with building regulated mods, I figured Id ask here before I went and fried something

    quick update... unfortunately turning off the auto lock didnt help it as much as i first thought.... the issue happened twice since turning it off... with that being said, its still happening A LOT less frequently ever since i did turn it off.... IDK if you guys want to try and use this band aid tactic for now until evolv gets things sorted out.

    I guess it depends what theme your running. I actually made my own so I have a whole page dedicated to the lock screen settings.

    Yeah I’m actually using my own theme. To be honest, it doesn’t bother me much since it rarely happens... I just want to get my experience with it on record so maybe it will help fix it in future updates that get pushed out

    The not waking up issue happened to me once again for the first time in over a week. My batteries were under 50% (I only remember because it happened under an hr ago) but like I’ve said previously... it never NOT woke up after a few seconds (this time maybe 5ish seconds). I’ve still yet to have the device not wake up and have to hook it up to a usb or remove the battery, etc...

    Yeah im in the same boat as you. It always turns on just sometimes takes longer then normal. It hasn’t happened to me in a couple of days, I can still count on my fingers the amount of times it happened... hmmm that screen fuzz issue with the new service pack is weird... I didn’t update yet... keep us updated on anything else fishy that happens

    I’m assuming it has to do with the chip since it’s happening to multiple different devices.... it could possibly be fixed in a future firmware release... this is just an assumption, I don’t have any insight from Evolv

    Yeap... and for me it really doesn’t happen often... probably only 6-7 times. I’m not sure exactly how long I have my device (boxer squonk) but it has about 5k puffs on it. So yeah, it’s not a common occurrence for me at all and my boxer squonk is my daily driver since I got it. It would be really nice to know what the actual problem is though. I’m not looking forward to the chip doing this on a more regular cake. So far this is really the only issue I have with it. Sometimes it’ll reset the date and time for no reason but that’s about it

    When u take the battery door off is the 510 exposed? Is there a way to tighten it from there? Again, forgive me... I’m not familiar with the device
